CERTIFIED ORGANIC INGREDIENTS ONLY

We are proud to be a business which offers you the best quality certified organic ingredients only and we have chosen this because it is simply better for our bodies and for the planet.

There’s a large difference between organic vs certified organic. Essentially ‘organic’ refers to ‘containing carbon’ and doesn’t necessarily come with good practices. Certified Organic products however are the bees knees, and are grown without nasty synthetic or toxic substances. They also contain no added artificial colours or fragrances.

SMALL BATCH TEA

Our tea tells a story, and every batch is a little different each time…

Om My Way is proud to state that we are a small batch tea business company…But what does small batch mean? Essentially small batch refers to the amount of product (loose-leaf tea in our case) that has been purchased and then blended together at any given time. It also refers to the amount of stock that is held and kept on display (say a market stall for example). Big Chain Operation teas that you will find at any local supermarket have a long line of processing including; buying the herbs, shipping the herbs to warehouse, sorting then packaging the teas and re-shipping/ delivering all whilst being executed in huge quantities.

Our quantities are much smaller with the largest stock order of one product being 1kg. Kim blends the teas by hand following her own unique recipes, and then the tea is packaged by both owners (Kim and Kirra) and sold directly to the customer cutting out the middle man.

ETHICAL + SUSTAINABLE packaging

Om My Way is an etchical and sustainable brand and this was always at the top of our business plan. We wanted to make sure we are compliant with ethcial and sustainable principles through; packaging, postage and sourcing our teas from like-minded companies. Why? Because everthing we all do counts, and taking responsibility for how you become sustainable is a journey that we all must undertake for our future, our kids future and for our planet.

When Kim started this business venture ethical and sustainable practices became the forefront of everything that we do. We are happy to say that at least 90% of our packaging is sustainable and can be either reused, recycled or compostable including; Kraft packaging cylinders, Loose-Leaf tea bags, Sample glass test tubes, Glass cork bottles, Tin containers, Kraft and regular recycled paper labels
