ITALIAN THICK HOT CHOCOLATE
Our Italian Thick Hot Chocolate is the only decadent goodness you will ever need in a mug, guilt-free! This powder is also fabulous mixed in with yoghurt, in smoothies or added into cakes.
How is our chocolate different to others? Firstly we use only certified organic ingredients. Secondly we use high quality Peruvian raw cacao and Peruvian vegan 70% dark chocolate chips. Lastly we use coconut milk powder which makes this drink full of healthy fats known as Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s).

Coconut Milk Powder, Raw Peruvian Cacao Powder, Vegan 70% Peruvian Cacao Dark Chocolate Chips, Arrowroot Powder, Pink Himalayan Salt.
How to Brew:
In a small saucepan add 200ml of milk and crank up the heat. When the milk is bubbling add the hot chocolate powder (3 TBSP) and quickly stir with a whisk or frother for 20-30secs or until you reach a thin custard-like consistency. Pour into your favourite mug and let cool for at least 3-5mins. What you will get after is a thick...hot...Italian...dark...chocolate drink. Enjoy!
*Try adding 1tbsp of coconut cream for extra richness...
Why stove top?: If you were to use kettle boiled water and add straight into a mug you will never get a truly thick consistency like you would on the stove...why? Because we choose to use arrowroot powder instead of cornstarch which requires a higher heating point to create a thickening reaction.
Storage: Keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
