Brewing guide:

Hot - steep 1tsp* (1-2grams) per 200ml in 95° water for 4-7mins

Cold - steep 1tsp* (1-2grams) per 200ml in water and leave in fridge for 3hrs,

*tsp is variant depending on the type of tea and weight. A root based blend will be heavier than a leaf based, so 1-2 grams will be less than a tsp in this case
